What does this role entail?
- Answering questions and calls from major clients.
- Scheduling appointments with large banks, transferring calls to social services, and helping people who are locked out of their hotel by checking their booking.
- Working with Memo’s internal system and maintaining the clients’ online calendar.
- Every call presents a new challenge where skills such as listening, note-taking, information transmission, and following instructions are crucial.

- Excellent communication skills enable you to assist every client in the best possible way.
- A fluent command of Dutch, French, and English is a must.
- Availability from Monday to Sunday and willingness to work in shifts.

- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Stress resistance and result orientation are essential in this role.
