What will you do as an OPERATOR?

• Quality control – Adjust process parameters to ensure optimal quality.


• Start up and set machines – You have operational control.


• Problem-solving – Analyzing and fixing technical issues? After training, it’s a piece of cake!


• Teamwork – Work together with colleagues – teamwork makes the dream work!

What are we looking for in an OPERATOR?

• Technical background (mechanics, electricity, etc.) or a passion for technology (e.g., tinkering with cars/bikes) is a plus.


• Hands-on mentality – You solve problems like a pro!


• Good communication skills – You speak Dutch or English fluently.


• Flexible work hours – You work day shifts, but you're open to 2 shifts (6 AM - 2 PM & 2 PM - 10 PM).


• Forklift operation – If you have a certificate, great! If not, no worries – there are opportunities to obtain one
