As a customer service officer, you are the first point of contact for customers. You assist them with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure they are satisfied with the service provided. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure every customer has the best possible experience. Does this sound like the perfect role for you? Profil
- Intermediate Vocational Education in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ Operations experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
- Good command of the English and Dutch language orally and in writing
- Good experience of reporting and presentation skills
- You are proactive, communicative, representative, flexible, accurate and immune to stress
- You enjoy working as part of a team?
