Job description
As a Warehouse assistant you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of stocking finished products for export and contributes to all operational objectives (SHE, quality, service, cost and people).Tasks:
- Allocation and confirmation (release) of products and quantities loaded
- Reception of drivers from external companies for the transport
- Management of transport documents (receipt, transmission, verification, handover to driver after loading)
- Coordination with the laboratory (control priorities according to goods departures)
- Liaison with Export Department to ensure proper logistics coordination
- Recording and reporting of truck times (arrival, loading, handover of documents)
- Substitute department storekeepers if necessary
- Ensures compliance with international food safety regulations and safety standards
Profile
We are looking for a temporary worker who is interested to discover the administrative part of a warehouse. You have to be able to :
- Manage customer needs.
- Collaborate effectively.
- Speak fluently French and English.
- Bachelor in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Manage performances.
- Not scared of on the field tasks.
