Logistics and Administrative Associate

Job description


  • Coordinate transportation via trucks, trains, barges, and containers.

  • Negotiate transport prices to secure the best deals.

  • Provide vital support to our dynamic commercial team.

  • Maintain essential contacts with clients, suppliers, and transporters.

  • Oversee order processing and stock level management.

  • Verify transport, customs, and insurance documents.

  • Ensure accuracy in purchase and transport invoices.

  • Perform essential secretarial tasks with precision.

With a small team of 18, every role is crucial to our success. This position directly contributes to our growth, particularly in logistics, which is the central hub of our company, managing all information flows. Commercially, we are expanding rapidly and need energetic individuals to strengthen and develop our market positions.
