Teamleader Bike Mechanics - Mechelen - FR+EN(+DU)
Job description
As a teamleader of the Mechanics, you'll be a part of the Belgium Management team. Your tasks will be:
- Supervise the e-bike operations
- Manage the mechanics in their day-to-day activities
- Assure the quality of the finished bikes
- Buy the needed speciality parts
- Be in contact with suppliers
- Improve and analyse the processes
- Build the team: Grow from 12 Mechanics towards 24 mechanics AND 3 teamleaders under your management
- Sit together with the Operations Manager & Sales Manager
Profile
- A couple of years experience as (e-)bike mechanic
- Already coached some people
- Able to speak French and English. Dutch is a plus.
- You get energy from a dynamic and growing environment
