Job description
The job holder is the Office Building Maintenance Team (OBMT) team lead and has full supervisory responsibilities for a 6 members maintenance team made up of two electricians, one building mechanic, two heating and cooling technician and two trades helpers.
Profile
EDUCATION: Secondary school diploma and technical training in one of the trade fields (electrician, building mechanic or heating and cooling technician).
EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experience in a specialized trades field (electrician, building mechanic or heating and cooling technician).
LANGUAGE: Good working knowledge Dutch or French. Good working knowledge English.
