What does your day as a roofer look like?

Installation of new roofs: You install new flat roofs on homes, offices, and other buildings. You work with various materials such as bitumen, EPDM, PVC, etc.
Renovation of existing roofs: You also perform repair and renovation work on existing roofs. This can range from small repairs to complete renewal of the roofing.
Installation of roof insulation: In addition to applying roofing, you also install roof insulation to ensure that the buildings are energy-efficient.
Waterproofing and finishing: You ensure that the roofs are completely waterproof and finish the edges and overlaps accurately.
Following safety measures: You strictly follow all safety regulations to ensure that your workplace is always safe for you and your colleagues.
Collaboration with your team: You work closely with your colleagues on the work floor. Together you ensure a smooth progress of the projects.
Quality control: After completing your work, you check whether everything has been correctly executed and report any problems or improvement points.
Communication with customers: Sometimes you have direct contact with customers to answer their questions and keep them informed of the progress of the work.
