Job description
Vous cherchez un nouvel emploi de Payroll Officer ? Vous avez une première expérience dans la gestion de paie employé ou ouvrier de minimum un an ? Vous souhaitez travailler sur Chaudfontaine ? Postulez maintenant !
En tant que Payroll Officer, vos tâches seront les suivantes :
- Vous êtes en charge de la paie du personnel ouvrier sans l'intervention d'un secrétariat social ;
- Vous gérez les sphères suivantes : pointage, présence, maladie, accident de travail et chômage ;
- Vous serez la personne de contact pour le personnel ouvrier pour le suivi administratif ;
- Vous répondez à toutes questions liées au Payroll Ouvriers ;
- Vous intégrez une équipe développant les compétences hard HR en interne.
Profile
Votre profil de Payroll Officer correspond aux critères suivants :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en ressources humaines ou avec une formation en paie ;
- Vous avez une première expérience de minimum 1 an dans la paie, idéalement ouvrier ;
- Vous avez un intérêt pour le secteur de la construction ;
- La connaissance de la CP 124 ou du logiciel Prisma sont des atouts ;
- Vous êtes une personne : rigoureuse, précise, teamplayer, proactive et avec une bonne communication.
Offer
Cette offre de Payroll Officer comprend :
- Un contrat intérim en vue d'engagement en contrat fixe CDI (pas de possibilité d'un CDI directement) ;
- Un horaire temps plein en 40h/semaine (arrivée entre 8h et 8h30 et 1h de temps de midi) ;
- Une possibilité d'effectuer jusqu'à 2J de télétravail par semaine (à définir avec l'équipe après formation) ;
