As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and contributing to the organization of events and activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative & Operational Support
Event & Activity Organization
Finance & Invoice Management
You have experience in administrative support or a similar role (internship is also good)
You are fluent in Dutch or French and have an excellent command of English
You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
You enjoy a variety of tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
You are comfortable using office tools (emails, calendars, spreadsheets, etc.)
A full-time position with 1 day of home office per week
A varied role in a meaningful industry
