Job description
As Management Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Managing Director and his team
- Agenda & travel management
- Organisation of internal/external events & meetings
- Office management (fleet, facility, office furniture, events...)
- Follow-up of projects (coordination of deadlines, administrative support...)
- Point of contact for external stakeholders
Profile
- You have an excellent level in French and Dutch
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- You are proactive, organised and positive-minded
- You can handle confidential information and you are reliable
