As Management Assistant you will be responsible for:


  • Assisting the Managing Director and his team

  • Agenda & travel management

  • Organisation of internal/external events & meetings

  • Office management (fleet, facility, office furniture, events...)

  • Follow-up of projects (coordination of deadlines, administrative support...)

  • Point of contact for external stakeholders

Profile


  • You have an excellent level in French and Dutch

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position

  • You are proactive, organised and positive-minded

  • You can handle confidential information and you are reliable
