Job description

Unique Brussels is currently looking for an Office Administrative Assistant. Are you driven? Do you possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English? If so, you might be the Office Administrative Assistant we’re looking for!

 

What are your tasks as an Office Administrative Assistant?




  • Provide support across different departments as needed.

  • Manage paperwork and maintain an organized filing system.

  • Handle incoming calls and other forms of communication.

  • Coordinate meetings and schedule events.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Assist in maintaining office operations and procedures to support team cohesion and foster business growth.

  • Facilitate in-house or off-site activities and conferences.

Profile

What is the ideal profile of an Office Administrative Assistant?




  • Our client is looking for someone aligning with company values of being driven, curious, team-oriented, connected, devoted, agile, loyal, respectful, and ethical.

  • High school degree in business, business management, business administration, ... or equivalent experience in a similar role.

  • Critical thinking abilities to evaluate and enhance existing processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office software.

  • Strong English proficiency

  • Organizational and planning skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Team player with a proactive approach.

Offer

  • From € 2.800 to € 3.300 per month
