We are exclusively seeking an HR Payroll & Benefits Officer for Buckman, who will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits administration for approximately 150 employees spread across EMENA Region.
Their production site, along with the headquarters, is located in Ghent.
As an HR Payroll and Benefits Officer, you will be accountable for end-to-end payroll and benefits administration. You will collaborate closely with your HR colleagues and report directly to the HR Manager.
You will maintain close contact with Management and other associates and be actively involved with the business.
- You will join an organization with established structures, handbooks, and documented processes. While you will have a solid foundation to start with, you will be also expected to look for continues improvements, process simplification and automation opportunities within your role scope and in HR as general for projects you may participate as member.
- You will handle the complete payroll and wage administration for approximately 150 employees within Joint Committees 116 and 207 in Belgium and chemical industry in multiple EMENA countries.
- You will manage various employee benefits (insurance, medical plans) directly and in collaboration with brokers.
- You will provide advisory services regarding Belgian social legislation.
- You will work in partnership with the social secretariat, legal office and brokers across EMENA.
- You will oversee the management of the time registration system.
- You will validate international payroll through our payroll partner (ADP).
- You will manage the collaboration with payroll and benefits partners across EMENA region.
- You have a passion for numbers, data, and periodic reporting.
