Join the global team at Futerro, a leader in the bioplastics industry, and be part of the solution to one of the world’s biggest challenges—building a greener, circular economy. We operate across the entire PLA (polylactic acid) value chain, from manufacturing to advanced recycling, driving innovation and sustainability for a wide range of industries.
At Futerro, you won’t just witness the ecological transition—you’ll be at the forefront of it.
We are excited to announce the development of three new cutting-edge units at Port Jérôme, France, covering the full production cycle: a fermentation plant transforming glucose into lactic acid, a polymerization unit producing PLA, and a molecular recycling facility dedicated to giving new life to PLA. These state-of-the-art facilities will have a production capacity of 75,000 tons of PLA per year, supported by a €500 million investment.
As we expand our team in Brussels, we’re looking for visionary professionals to lead and drive this ambitious project.
