Job description
USG Professionals is looking for a Digital Engineer OppsTrakker for our client in the region of Geel.
Daily tasks:
Daily tasks:
- Help implement Opstrakker application at Geel site, used for e-workflows and paperless transformation.
- Perform SIPOC and process analysis on current processes to simplify, standardize and then digitize.
- Design and develop workflows in Opstrakker with, based on business requirements and process analysis.
- Facilitate coordination with global teams and facilitate site deliverables. Host workshops and identify business requirements. Communicate to global teams in an efficient manner.
- Host workshops with business departments to assess value and identify opportunities to digitize.
- Train end users and key users. Work towards SME role for development of workflows.
- Guide change management processes and initiate culture change process in departments
- Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
- See project through the whole creative lifecycle, from inception to deployment
- Write and own SOPs for use of Opstrakker system. Assist business in identifying update needs for business SOPs.
- Assist business with GxP qualification of workflows and/or dashboards
Profile
Qualification and experience:
Required knowledge:
Has sufficient ability to independently translate processes into digital forms and flows
The key skills required for this resource are:
- Consultant has basic knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript
- Consultant has strong written and oral communication skills, both English and Dutch.
- Consultant can work both independently and in a team. You have good interpersonal skills.
- Consultant can work according to plan.
- Consultant has a good knowledge of IT/OT and is familiar with interfacing equipment and data flows
- Consultant has knowledge of Lean principles and agile processes (Jira/Confluence knowledge is a plus)
- Knowledge of Jira, Opstrakker or MES is considered a plus.
Required knowledge:
Has sufficient ability to independently translate processes into digital forms and flows
The key skills required for this resource are:
- Pharma/CSV experience
- Microsoft Powersuite experience (powerquery, powerBI, powerautomate)
- SQL/HTML/Javascript basic coding skills
- Snowflake experience (would be a plus)
