Software Engineer
Job description
- Define, design, and build highly technical software with a focus on user-friendly and high-performance user interfaces.
- Build customer-driven prototypes and translate user feedback into practical features.
- Participate in continuous improvement of software architecture and development processes, including front-end aspect.
- Deliver quality software to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Create and maintain quality assurance processes, increase test coverage, and develop robust delivery infrastructure.
- Collaborate with application engineers to support customers, gathering feedback to inform feature development.
Profile
We are looking for a Software Engineer with the following qualifications:
- You have a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving challenges.
- A curious mindset, always striving to comprehend the broader picture and seeking answers to the "why" and "how" of our processes.
- Ability to empathize with users and understand how they interact with software, ensuring an intuitive design and functionality.
- Passionate about developing high-quality software that addresses real-world problems.
- Comfort with working on an existing codebase, along with a hands-on attitude and readiness to engage with customers or partners.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, with experience in component-based UI frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with both Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with common software development tools, such as IDEs, version control systems, and continuous integration platforms.
- Proficiency in Python is a strong plus.
- An interest in physics and the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
