Manage complaints and claims
Communicate with freelancers, customers, and companies via email, phone, and chat
Send emails to relevant departments, coordinate dispatch
Weekly training on new offers and in-depth knowledge of regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution
Profile
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal) in French and Dutch, with a good knowledge of English
