What are your duties as a customer experience representative?
- Develop and maintain relationships with your customers;
- Analyze customer needs and advise on the right service products from the range;
- Managing your customers and their file;
- Correctly recording communications and important information;
- Preparing quotations, contracts and invoices;
- Last but not least, regularly visiting your customers face-to-face to improve the relationship between the company and you.
Profile
What makes you the ideal customer experience representative?
- Besides Dutch, you speak and write English fluently. Knowledge of French is welcome, but not required;
- Experience in the customer service sector, prior sales knowledge is a plus;
- Proactive and enthusiastic team player;
- Eager to learn;
- Fluent in telephone contact with customers.

What will you get from Instron?
- Gross monthly salary: €2136.75;
- 10% bonus if targets are met;
- Employment fixed term of 6 months, with possibility of extension;
- Contract of 25h/week.
Work schedule:
- Monday: no work
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
