Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Manager
Job description
- Align organizational structures and processes of companies or business acquisitions with chosen operational models, either within the group or in consultation with management
- Oversee premises relocation initiatives
- Ensure seamless integration of operational systems
- Harmonize systems, streamline workflows, and boost efficiency
- Strategize the consolidation of products and services
- Enhance training procedures and documentation for effective knowledge transfer to contractors and their staff
- Lead project management efforts to meet objectives
- Provide regular progress updates to the management team and collaborate with them on specific challenges
- Mediate and resolve disputes arising from integration issues
- Serve as a liaison between acquired company teams and the wider Group
Profile
- You have a Master's degree in Economics
- You are fluent in Dutch and French
- You have a previous experience in managing operations, processes and/or operational projects
- You are able to manage a large temporary volume of work
- You have a talent for information technology
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality
- Flexible, results-oriented and able to take on responsibility
- Effective analytical skills and a global view of the situation
- Team spirit and strong negotiation skills
