As a
Sous-Chef, you will be responsible for
coordinating and supervising the kitchen team.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Organize workload, provide guidelines and instruct the rest of the team.
- Arrange and delegate daily & weekly mise-en-place.
- Supervise the maintenance of the restaurant kitchen, foods, and all equipment.
- Make kitchen staff planning.
- Operate a smooth and efficient service and handover to the next shift.
Profil
To succeed in this role:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a cook/chef.
- You are passionate about cooking.
- You have a good level of English.
- You have strong communication and leadership skills.
- You can work efficiently under pressure.
