We are undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional waterfall methodology to Agile ways of working, and we are seeking a Scrum Master to join our Data & Analytics Team. Our team is dynamic, with a constructive change mindset, and operates in a challenging environment, both locally and regionally.

Role Overview:

The Scrum Master will play a key role in driving our Agile transformation within the Data & Analytics department. This position is responsible for fostering effective communication, setting up and managing Jira, and establishing common planning processes. You'll guide the team to improve velocity, reporting, and Agile practices, ensuring smooth sprint cycles and quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

? Coordinate and facilitate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

? Coach and mentor team members in the SAFe Agile framework

? Administer and set up Jira for effective project management

? Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications

? Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests

? Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that impede progress

? Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint

? Foster a productive team environment with a focus on accountability and enjoyment

? Guide the team towards higher Scrum maturity and continuous improvement

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a data-driven or analytics environment

? Strong knowledge and experience with Jira and Confluence

? SAFe Agile Framework certification

? Familiarity with data products or experience in the retail sector (Belgian retail is a plus)

? Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

? Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

? Outstanding organizational and time management skills

? Scrum Master certification is a plus

? Fluency in English; Dutch or French proficiency preferred
