What if you could drive digitalisation, shape governance frameworks, and lead a team that transforms the way IT supports business?At Equans, you’ll own the entire IT governance and process landscape, turning vision into structure. As Head of IT Processes, Governance and PMO, you’ll sit at the core of the Belux IT organisation, reporting directly to the CIO. With a team of 15 to 20 people, you’ll define and drive the IT governance frameworks and processes that make our IT run smarter, faster, and better.
From Brussels, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across our various Equans sites, ensuring processes are not only defined, but also embraced and embedded. You have a proactive approach into managing IT processes, policies, and compliance to optimize efficiency, mitigate risks, and support business goals.
As Head of IT Processes, Governance and PMO, you will: - develop, implement, and maintain robust IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. The main processes in scope are ITIL processes and IT Investment process
- lead the review, the re-design (where needed), the documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- ensure IT operations are always in compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
- conduct reviews of IT processes and governance practices to ensure continuous improvement
- establish and rigorously monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure optimum performance of IT processes
- collaborate with senior management and external partners when needed
- identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks with a proactive mindset
- provide comprehensive training and support to IT staff on governance and process management, fostering a culture of excellence
- define the right application landscape and implementation roadmap
- business stakeholder towards IT & in charge of the business requirements regarding digitalisation of our IT processes & governance
- validate solutions and provide the right level of end user documentation
- ensure effective project & service management governance and resource allocation of Project Managers
- lead the PMO team and the Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
