The BeLux subsidiary of this international company operates across multiple offices in Belgium, driving significant environmental and social impact. Major projects are currently underway to improve processes, enhancing efficiency and sustainability across all operations. They are looking for a DB&T Application Analyst.

Your 2 main responsibilities are the optimization of our ITSM process and the continuous improvement of the IT landscape through detailed problem analysis and process streamlining.

• You ensure smooth operations by routing all ServiceNow tickets to the right application experts and tracking their progress, addressing any roadblocks along the way.


• Your focus extends to analyzing and improving business processes, primarily within Finance and HR.


• Your contribution to local IT projects, including exciting explorations in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are key to the team delivery.


• Proactively, you identify opportunities to streamline existing processes and empower business users with the knowledge and skills to improve data quality and overall efficiency.

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English


• Team player, capacity to collaborate with developers, product owners and product managers


• Knowledge in cloud based architecture


• Affinity with coding


• Occasional travel required - driver's license needed
