As a Senior HR Manager (m/f/x), your duties will include:
- Managing the payroll process and fleet management;
- Overseeing the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
- Managing employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution;
- Leading organizational development initiatives;
- Leading and developing a high-performing HR team;
- Leading the talent acquisition function;
- Developing and executing the overall HR strategy;
- Organising events for employees;
- Managing all administrative matters in Belgium.

Profil
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, a Master's degree is an asset;
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR leadership role;
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices;
- Experience with HR systems and HR analytics is an asset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
