Marketing Manager
Description de la fonction
As Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Shape and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to drive visibility and customer engagement.
- Develop growth marketing tactics, leveraging digital channels, partnerships, and data-driven insights.
- Identify and activate key customer acquisition levers, ensuring maximum reach and conversion.
- Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and builds brand credibility.
- Experiment, test, and iterate marketing approaches, quickly adapting to what works best.
- Collaborate closely with product and commercial teams to align marketing efforts with platform enhancements.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to continuously refine strategy and execution.
Profil
The successful Marketing Manager that we are looking for has the following profile, background and competencies:
- A strategic thinker who connects the dots, identifying new ways to market and push products effectively.
- Driven by motivation and opportunity, excited by the chance to be among the first to shape a new business unit in Luxembourg.
- 10 years of experience in marketing, ideally in financial services.
- Background in startups or dynamic environments where agility and flexibility are key.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for digital marketing and emerging financial technologies.
- Hands-on and adaptable, comfortable working in a startup-like environment with evolving processes.
- Resilient and solution-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced setting where setbacks are seen as learning opportunities.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, campaign management, and data analytics.
- Fluency in French and English.
