A shortlist of tasks related to investor relations, particularly focused on quarterly, half-year, and annual reports, as well as other related activities. Here's a breakdown of what you've outlined:
- project management, data gathering, copywriting, and editing in three languages, slide design,...
- pre-send to analysts and RO agency, followed by sending via Hubspot and publishing on the website

- live Call Organization
- IT coordination, booking the venue, setting up Teams, sending invites and save-the-date, adding dial-in to the website.
- Standby for questions, making the recording available online.
- CFO Support & Preparation:
- Helping with the strategic message and turning it into communication tools based on input from AM (probably a stakeholder).
- Likely to promote results or important financial milestones.
- Uploading or making available the live call recording
- Half-Year Report and annual report
- Press Release
- Writing various sections of the report about Sustainable Growth
- Interviews with key stakeholders like the CFO, country managers, CEO
Profil
- fluent in 3 languages: French, English and Dutch
- coming from Big 4 or Finance/Investment sector
- communication management training
- master or bachelor level
