Administrative Assistant Luik (M/F/X)

As Administrative Assistant your responsibilities are :

Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying

Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, and office keys

Create and modify various documents using Microsoft Office

Maintain inventory of office supplies

Assist in managing and maintaining company policies and procedures

Provide assistance in organizing company events

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis

Profil

The Administrative Assistant we are looking for:

A keen eye for detail and a well-organized approach to work

Great knowledge of Dutch, French and English

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other administrative programs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive attitude, able to handle issues with minimal supervision

The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Good problem-solving skills

An understanding of the business services industry
