Are you a structured and proactive organizational talent? We are looking for an Administration & Facility Officer to efficiently manage administrative and facility processes.

Inventory & Logistics

• Manage incoming goods and stock in Microsoft Business Central (ERP).


• Coordinate shipments, returns, and monthly inventories.


• Ensure friendly reception service and smooth collaboration with suppliers.

Facility Management

• Follow up on facility requests and organize maintenance work.


• Supervise execution by colleagues and external partners.


• Validate invoices and propose infrastructure improvements.


• Ensure maintenance and compliance with ISO14001 regulations.

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree.


• Experience in a similar role and with ERP systems.


• Fluent in English, as well as French and/or Dutch.


• Skills: flexible, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, team player, solution-oriented, dynamic, organized, service-minded, strong administrative skills, and proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
