IT Business Analyst

- You will work on analyzing existing processes and create solution to optimize them.
- You will map out existing and future processes.
- You will discuss with stakeholders to collect requirements and translate their needs into functional specifications.
- You will propose projects of optimization and be in charge of launching them.
- You will follow up these projects until the final phase.
- You will keep an overview of various projects and communicate the progress to the business.
- You will continuously advise on possible process improvements.
- You will provide training and support to users in the business and are their first point of contact.
Profil
- You have 4 / 5 years of experiences as a Business Analyst.
- You have already experience with SAP.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- IT background is a plus.
- You have a problem-solving mindset.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
