As an Agile Scrum Coach, you are a servant leader for the team and tribe, fostering a culture of collaboration by motivating and coaching colleagues towards high performance and increased agility. You will help the team transition to a smooth way of working with the new delivery partner.
Responsibilities:
· Support the tribe (leadership) in embedding the partner transition effectively.
· Develop and maintain a way of working framework tailored to our tribe's specific needs and our partnership with Accenture to ensure its successful adoption within teams.
· Inspire colleagues to maximize the benefits of the adopted Way of Working and facilitate key ceremonies to improve workflow and prioritization.
· Guide teams in organizing themselves optimally to create maximum customer value, ensuring they understand the tribe's objectives and removing obstacles to progress.
· Facilitate teams in becoming self-organized and focused on delivering the most valuable outcomes for customers through Agile methodologies.
· Proactively identify areas for improvement in the tribe's Way of Working and how it interacts with other teams, departments, and partners.
· Foster a growth mindset and ownership culture by providing regular, constructive feedback and encouraging teams to be safe and strong.
· Act as a liaison with the Transformation Office, providing bidirectional feedback on how our Agile Way of Working framework integrates with the tribe's specific practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
· Proven experience in digital transformation and change management.
· Experience with large consultancy firms and offshore working models.
· Strong leadership and coaching skills.
· Ability to challenge and provide clear direction to senior stakeholders.
Must have skills:
· Proven track record of coaching teams, including both IT and business professionals, as well as leadership teams.
· Experience supporting large-scale transformations and change initiatives.
· Comfortable working with mixed onshore/offshore teams.
· Strong facilitation and communication skills.
· Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively.
· Experience with Jira and Confluence and knows how to leverage these tools for optimal team collaboration and efficiency.
