Fire Safety and Architectural Engineer

- Conduct diagnostics and technical assessments from design to project completion, focusing on structural integrity and safety.
- Apply knowledge of fire protection standards, including compartmentalization, accessibility, evacuation, and equipment compliance.
- Analyze project plans and documents, performing on-site verifications.
- Identify and assess technical risks, providing preventive measures and compliance evaluations.
- Develop advisory reports with recommendations and technical solutions.
- Maintain client relationships and support business development by preparing proposals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering firms, and contractors on behalf of clients.
- Participate in technical and general meetings.
Profil
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a construction focus.
- Proficient with IT tools for calculations and reporting.
- Team player with a proactive approach and analytical skills.
- Bilingual in Dutch and French.
- Experience in fire safety standards and their practical application.
