PT&C coordinator (EN/NL or EN/FR)
Description de la fonction
Serves as a vital support function within the PT&C Section, facilitate communication, organisation, financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
By managing meetings, events, and administration and by providing project support, the coordinator enhances collaboration and efficiency across the PT&C Section and with other sections and members.
Administration Maintain organisation charts, organise meetings (internal/external), contract management, produce reports, follow-up on invoices, budget/forecast and maintain HR dashboards.
Compensation & Benefits Support payroll preparation, administer benefits and flex plan and assist with budget preparation.
Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in job postings, maintain candidate database, pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage employee onboarding.
Learning & Development Support the organisation and evaluation of internal/external training, detect training needs, and organise recognition ceremonies and awards.
Project Support Assist the team in executing various HR projects.
Communication Maintain intranet, manage section communication (incl. HR mailbox) for internal employees and members and assist in organising employee/members meetings for the Section
Profil
Bachelor or equivalent experience e in HR administration, managing employee contracts, invoices, budget.
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint)
Knowledge of invoicing tools would be an asset
Proactive, good organisational skills, customer oriented.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and Dutch or French.

De € 2.300 à € 3.200 par an

Monthly salary between 2300 and 3200 depending on experience
