• Develop detailed production plans based on client specifications.
• Convert CAD drawings into CNC-compatible files for machine operations.

• Optimize material usage and calculate measurements and dimensions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in designs before production.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and drawing archives.

• Bachelor's degree in wood technology or equivalent experience in the field.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with CAD drawings and a passion for working with them.
• Ability to convert CAD drawings into production plans to operate CNC machines after internal training.
