Werfleider bouw
Job description
In jouw rol als werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende taken:
- je stuurt het team aan en coördineert de werkzaamheden op de werven.
- je volgt de geplaatste bestellingen op en zorgt dat al het materiaal tijdig aanwezig is.
- je bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat het project efficiënt verloopt.
- je overlegt met architecten en bouwheren.
- je controleert de uitgevoerde werken en garandeert de hoge kwaliteitsnormen.
Profile
- Je hebt sterke bouwtechnische kennis, dit door jouw ervaring als werfleider.
- Je bent communicatief sterk om mensen aan te sturen en in overleg te gaan met architecten en bouwheren.
- Je werkt proactief en denkt mee in functie van het bedrijf en de projecten.
