Sales Development Representative

Job description

As Sales Development Representative, you become the growth specialist for our recruitment software Talentfinder and recruitment campaigns Talentboost. Your energy, curiosity, and creativity will open doors and spark opportunities.

Here’s what’s on your plate:
  • Research and identify potential clients in the recruitment space.
  • Reach out through calls, emails, and social media to create genuine connections.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team, telemarketers and consultants to create campaigns and generate leads.
  • Qualify leads by digging into their needs and challenges.
  • Schedule meetings for the Consultants to close deals.
  • Share market insights and trends to refine our sales approach.

Who you will work with:

You will work closely with the whole Talentfinder team: your sales colleagues, the customer support team and our (tele)marketeers. Jeroen, your business unit manager, will provide guidance and coaching to help you succeed.

Profile

  • You’re an energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • You’re curious and eager to learn about recruitment and tech.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships.
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French is required. An intermediate level of english is desired.
