Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be a strategic partner to the business and :

• Oversee real estate projects end-to-end: from their acquisition, through their development, transactions until the follow-up of post-closing obligations.
• Accompany M&A activities, including due diligence, set up of data rooms, draft and reviewing of NDAs.
• Structure and manage share deals and asset deals.
• Provide legal expertise on all sorts of agreements and contracts, among which building contracts, (long-term) leases, finance agreements, basic deeds.
• Follow-up disputes and litigation.
• Advise on legal matters related to office buildings, hotels, commercial spaces, and residential properties.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in the real estate legal sector.
• Trilingual: Dutch (proficient), French (very good), English (very good)
• Business-oriented, hands-on, proactive, and resourceful, capable of taking ownership, organized.
