Job description

Are you fluent in English and interested in an administrative HR role? Then you might be the HR BUSINESS PARTNER we are looking for!



Your responsibilities as HR OFFICER:




  • Execute the People Excellence strategy and lead changes

  • Provide advice to management on HR-related issues

  • Manage employee relations and union negotiations

  • Support HR processes (recruitment, planning, KPIs)

  • Identify training and development needs

  • Recruit and retain talent

  • Ensure a positive work culture and employee engagement

Profile

What we are looking for in a CUSTOMER- & RESULT-ORIENTED HR PROFESSIONAL:




  • Strong in administrative tasks and working independently

  • Experience with change management and communication

  • Knowledge of labor relations and legislation

  • Energetic, confident, and responsible

  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

  • Experience with performance and talent management

  • Knowledge of financial matters and workforce planning
