Sales Manager at Equans Digital BeLux in Brussels, you are the partner for our customers and play a key role in their digital transition. You work at the divisional level and contribute directly to the strategic growth of Equans Digital. Together with the Business Development Manager, you identify opportunities, inspire customers, and build sustainable relationships. You are not afraid to open doors at the
C-level but feel equally comfortable in conversations with operational and technical teams. You translate complex customer needs into smart, measurable digital solutions and help customers seamlessly connect physical and digital technologies.

What will you do?- collaborate for growth: you work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop strategies and guide customers in their digital transition
- build relationships: you build relationships at all levels, from C-level to operational teams, and gain trust among various stakeholders

- increase revenue and margins by proactively promoting (innovative) digital solutions to selected priority customers
- act as an "ambassador" and be a point of contact for other sales managers within more hardware-oriented colleague Business Units
