Job description
Our client specializes in the maintenance, repair, and renovation of industrial flat roofs. The focus is mainly on maintenance and repairs. The construction sites are located throughout Belgium. A selection of your tasks:
- Interventions for leaks and roof sagging
- Demolition of existing roofs and roof components
- Installation of vapor barriers, insulation, and top layers
- Installation of various types of roofing (roofing, EPDM, TPO, …)
- Installation of edge finishing
- Detailed finishing of ventilation channels, water drains, …)
- Installation of green roofs
Profile
For the position of roofer, we are looking for the following profile:
- You have sufficient experience to work independently
- You enjoy being on a roof in any weather condition, of course not during a storm
- Working at heights is not a problem for you
- You are flexible; the sites can be far or near, starting early or running a bit late
- Accuracy and precision are at the top of your dictionary
- You know the safety measures to take and know how to use them correctly on the site
