Relationship Manager
Job description
- Je begeleidt klanten bij de opstart van factorovereenkomsten.
- Je benadert en bezoekt klanten regelmatig na de opstart om de algemene samenwerking en contractuele voorwaarden te evalueren.
- Je volgt en evalueert de financiële situatie van de klant.
- Je vangt eventuele risicosignalen op en bespreekt deze met bevoegde personen (interne diensten, bank, klant, …).
- Je detecteert opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten.
- Je coördineert contractuitbreidingen door middel van cross-selling.
- Je onderhoudt en animeert je regionale banknetwerk door geregelde aanwezigheid en overleg.
Profile
- Je hebt een Masterdiploma in een economische richting (bijvoorbeeld Handelsingenieur, TEW of Handelswetenschappen).
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in factoring of bancaire ervaring opgebouwd.
- Je communiceert vlot met klanten, bankiers en beslissingsnemers in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in de financiële sector.
- Je beschikt over commerciële flair en handelt klantgericht.
- Je kan analytisch denken en risico’s inschatten.
- Je beschikt over communicatieve eigenschappen en bent stressbestendig.
- Je bent een initiatiefnemer, netwerker en teamspeler.
- Je bent bij voorkeur woonachtig in de regio West- of Oost-Vlaanderen.
