Our client is looking for a Receptionist.




  • Welcoming visitors.

  • Proactively process mails and requests and organizing agenda.

  • Facility and inventory management.

  • Process and validate invoices.

  • Organizing meeting rooms and lunches.

  • Assist in organizing corporate events (dinner, external meetings...)

  • Keep the reception area neat and tidy.

Profile

Who we are looking for:

 




  • Discretion is a must

  • Bachelor degree 

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Receptionist

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and changing culture

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • English – native / fluent level is required, a good level of French and Dutchin is required

  • Soft skills

  • From € 2.500 to € 3.200 per month
