Job description
Als projectleider buitenafwerking (ramen, deuren en gevelbekleding) ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende zaken:
- je wordt na de verkoop bij het project betrokken om de verdere opvolging te waarborgen.
- je verzorgt alle administratie en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging.
- je volgt de werven ter plaatse op en bent aanwezig bij de oplevering.
- je stuurt onderaannemers aan.
- je houdt nauw contact met de architecten.
Profile
- Je hebt een bouwtechnische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld een bachelor bouwkunde aangevuld met relevante werkervaring.
- Je bent communicatief en onderhoudt vlot contact met zowel architecten als de collega's op de werven.
- Je neemt je taken en verantwoordelijkheden nauwgezet op.
