Job description
USG Professionals is looking for a Project Manager or our client in the region of Brussels.
Key responsabilities:

- Conduct a throrough analysis of the current chatbot solutions
- Research and benchmark state-of-the-art chatbot solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional Teams
- Develop a comprehensive report
- Identify potential risks and legal considerations
- Coordinate with internet stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Present findings and recommendations
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications)
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in technology and software implementation projects
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of chatbot technologies, AI, and machine learning
- Basic understanding of legal consideration related to technology deployment, data privacy, and compliance
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly to stakeholders
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or quivalent is a plus
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools is preferred
