Our client is a law firm with an international practice located in Brussels.
Ensure administration of client, contacts and files:
- Create and update client files and contacts, fill in updates and ensure follow-up
- Enquire missing information and ensure quality of invoice data
- Digitalize, close and archive files according to firm’s guidelines
- Promote an efficient usage of tools within the team
Assist partners and associates:
- Manage partner’s agenda, establish/follow partner’s to do’s, respect deadlines and reminders
- Organize travels and bookings
- Register lawyers to conferences and events
- Maintain up to date administrative files according to legal requirements (VAT, company obligations,…)
- Handle in and out mail (collect, scan, identify, rename file,…)
- Prepare, revise and translate documents in French and English mainly but also in Dutch
- Research and provide summary
- Revise, correct, add layout and prepare presentations
- Draft offers
