As a Marketing & Communication Intern, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including content creation, social media management, campaign development & events. You will work closely with our experienced marketing team, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our brand and engage our target audience.

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in the creation and editing of marketing content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Organizing internal events.
- Helping the PR agency with content management.
- Conducting competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives and providing insights for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Profile
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Flemish native preferred. Bilingual in French and Flemish is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Owner of a car and/or a driving license is a plus
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
