Job description
Your responsibilities as Junior Community Manager:
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.
- Plan, create and schedule content to post across various social platforms.
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Coordinate with the Digital team to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Create videos around interviews and be yourself on those video's.
Profile
As Junior Community Manager you should have/be:
- A degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
- Perfect command of Dutch AND French (C1 level).
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with video design and publishing.
- Excellent communication.
- Comfortable in front of a camera.
- A creative mindset, with the ability to anticipate market trends and turn them into opportunities.
