Event Coordinator in Brussels (M/F/X)
Job description
As an Event Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage event registrations: oversee and process participant registrations for events, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Create and update event signage: design and maintain event signage, including banners, posters, and directional signs
- Host reception and guest services: welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing information and ensuring a smooth check-in process
- Handle on-site issues: address and resolve any problems or concerns that arise during events, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees
- Coordinating with various internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes
- Ensuring all events align with the company's brand and image
Profile
A successful Event Coordinator should have:
- A relevant degree in Event Management, Marketing, or similar fields
- Excellent level of English. Any other European language is appreciated
- A first experience related to events (internships accepted)
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills
- A creative flair and ability to create engaging events
