Job description

The scope of responsibilities for this job include:

  • You coordinate the annual rewards cycle for the EMEA, including salary reviews and bonuses;
  • You act as a rewards advisor to leaders, HR, and employees on Rewards issues;
  • You implement, monitor, and measure the delivery of global reward processes;
  • You provide regional reward expertise, particularly in creating dashboards and analysis for HR and managers;
  • You ensure local rewards competitiveness by analyzing benchmarks, data, and other relevant market information;
  • You communicate reward trends, movements, and forecasts for the region;
  • You contribute to successful total rewards, including policy setting, guidelines, and other practices;
  • You collaborate on benefit communication, alignment, and support;
  • You guarantee alignment of regional and local total reward initiatives with overall business objectives;
  • You remain compliant with local compensation and benefits laws and regulations.

Profile

The requested qualifications for this job include:

  • You have a Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in total rewards and compensation;
  • You have proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs in a global or multi-regional context;
  • Strong know-how within the compensation and benefit field;
  • Commercial mindset and business orientation;
  • Experience and knowledge about rewards in the EMEA region;
  • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of regional laws and regulations, with project management abilities;
  • Ability to actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
