Head of Projects

Our client is a federation that deals with digital inclusion projects at European level. 

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Projects to provide day-to-day guidance to our team of junior project managers and interns, ensuring structure and stability. The successful candidate will also support the implementation of a portfolio of EU-funded projects and ensure coordination with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a small team of junior project staff and interns


• Oversee implementation of ongoing EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, Horizon, and possibly DEP – Digital Europe Programme)


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners


• Monitor deliverables, timelines, and reporting, in close collaboration with the leadership

Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing EU-funded projects


• Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff


• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills


• Fluent in English (working language); knowledge of another European language is an asset


• Comfortable joining a small, mission-driven team with a fast-paced work rhythm


• Immediate availability required
